Terms of Use

Driftiva provides estimated drift telemetry and session analysis for permitted motorsport practice. Accounts are invitation-only. Accept these terms and the Community Rules before contributing; optional data sharing requires its own choice.

Permitted use

Use drifting features only where drifting is lawful and expressly permitted. Obtain the operator’s permission, follow boundaries and designated session times, and respect venue staff, other participants and local rules. Do not use Driftiva to arrange, encourage or compete in dangerous or unlawful public-road driving. A map listing or score is not permission to enter or drive at a location.

Phone use and estimates

Secure your phone before moving and configure your session while stopped. Do not interact with the app while driving. Stop in a safe place before changing settings. Phone sensors, GPS reception, mounting, calibration and processing can introduce errors. Angles, speeds, routes and scores are estimates; they are not certified measurements, vehicle-control advice or safety guidance.

Your account and contributions

Use your own invitation account and protect its credentials. Submit content you have permission to share. Do not impersonate others, upload private information without permission, manipulate scores or evade moderation. You retain rights to your content and permit Driftiva to store, process and display it only as needed for the features you choose and service moderation. Private recordings do not automatically become public.

Venue review and availability

Public venue listings require review of operator permission, the submitted boundary and session restrictions. An official source label is separate from permission review. Reviews can expire or be withdrawn. They are not safety certifications. Public results can be corrected or removed when verification, permission or moderation changes. Service availability, GPS reception and results are not guaranteed.

Moderation and ending use

Report content or users from the app and block users where applicable. Driftiva may hide content, suspend a venue or restrict an account for abuse or rule violations. Contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account and associated data through Settings or the public deletion page. The Privacy Policy explains retention and local copies.

Changes and legal rights

We identify these terms by version and record acceptance. Material changes requiring renewed agreement will be presented before further contributions. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
